This list has been compiled solely for convenience, and is not intended as a contribution to any controversy on questions of classification. It is to be hoped that somebody will draw up a complete checklist in the not too far distant future, but in the meantime it was felt that a simple list would be useful. No authorities are given, and in some cases familiar names have been retained where the rule of priority may eventually demand their alteration.
